These Terms and Conditions govern your use of klshishop.com and every purchase you make from Klshi Shop ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who we are

2. Using the website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- The information you give us (name, phone number, delivery address, email) must be accurate and complete. We may contact you to confirm it.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account is being misused.
- You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation and not to copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.
3. Products and information
We make every reasonable effort to describe products accurately. Photos are for illustration; colours, packaging and minor details may differ slightly from the actual product. Where a product is offered in several options (for example size, weight or volume), the price shown applies to the option you select. Availability can change at any time, and a product shown as in stock may become unavailable before your order is confirmed; in that case we will inform you and offer an alternative or cancel the affected item without charge.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Where value added tax (VAT) applies, the product page states whether it is included or added at checkout.
- The delivery charge depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you place your order.
- Payment is made by cash on delivery unless another payment method is offered at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready when possible.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we will contact you before confirming the order. You may then accept the correct price or cancel the order at no cost.
5. Orders and confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected products. You receive an order number on screen, and we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order. The sale is concluded when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, in particular if a product is unavailable, if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. Any amount already paid for a cancelled item is refunded in full.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Lebanon only. Delivery times given on the website or by our team are estimates and may vary because of circumstances outside our control. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address you provided. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or nobody is available after reasonable attempts, we may cancel the order. You can check the status of your order at any time on the "Track my order" page.
7. Your right to return products
In line with the Lebanese Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 659 of 2005), you may withdraw from a purchase made at a distance within 10 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Guarantee and defective products
Products are sold with the guarantees provided by law. If a product is defective, damaged on arrival or not the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will repair, replace or refund it as described in our Refund and Return Policy. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, we will help you use it. These terms do not limit any right you have as a consumer under Lebanese law.
9. Intellectual property
The website, its design, texts, logos and our own photographs belong to Klshi Shop or to their respective owners and are protected by law. Brand names and trademarks shown on product pages belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products.
10. Liability
We are responsible for the products we sell and for performing our obligations with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by Lebanese law, we are not liable for indirect losses, for losses caused by misuse of a product contrary to its instructions, or for temporary unavailability of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, road closures, security events, power or network outages, or decisions of public authorities. We will inform you and, where necessary, offer to cancel the order with a full refund.
12. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data and our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order. The date of the latest update is shown on this page.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. We encourage you to contact us first so we can find a solution together. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, it will be referred to the competent courts of Beirut, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to refer the matter to the Consumer Protection Directorate of the Ministry of Economy and Trade or to any other competent authority.
