- Delivery and invoicing details: delivery addresses (for example home and work), company name and registration number when you ask for a company invoice.
- Order details: products ordered, prices, payment method, order status and the messages we exchange about your order.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login details (passwords are stored encrypted). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google.

We keep order, invoice and accounting records for the period required by Lebanese commercial and tax law. Account data is kept while your account is active; you can ask us to delete it at any time, subject to the records we must keep by law. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent. Technical data is kept for a limited period, generally not more than 90 days for visit statistics.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including encrypted connections, encrypted passwords, access limited to authorised staff, activity logging and regular backups.
